Shin Kushiya is one of the first Japanese restaurants to introduce the kushiyaki dining concept in Singapore, where affordable, quality Japanese cuisine is served in an elegant, contemporary setting.

The spirit of kushiyaki lies in the skilful preparation and grill of Shin Kushiya’s signature kushiyaki skewers, reflecting the time-honoured traditions and culinary craftsmanship of kushiyaki in Japan. Diners may choose from a generous selection of kushiyaki skewers, made using the freshest and quality meats, seafood and vegetables grilled over Japan-imported Bincho Charcoal, known as the King of White Charcoal.

Bincho Charcoal burns at a high temperature of 1,000 – 1,200°C, enabling a crisp exterior whilst sealing the natural flavours and juices within, imparting a savoury smokiness to the signature kushiyaki skewers.
